If on-site repairs are not possible, Nissan Assistance will tow your vehicle to the nearest Authorized Nissan Service Centre from the location of immobilization.

Emergency Fuel Delivery

If your vehicle runs out of fuel, you can request Nissan Assistance to provide fuel..

Battery Jump Start

If your vehicle does not start due to a discharged battery, Nissan Assistance will arrange for an approved technician to recharge it.

Tyre Replacement

If your vehicle has a flat tire, Nissan Assistance will arrange for an approved technician to replace it with the spare tire.

You are eligible for duration of 5 years from date of 1st sales (New car sales).

Is Nissan Assistance transferable to a new owner?

YES, Nissan Assistance is fully transferable to the new owner, at any time during the 5 year period.

Do I have to pay for Nissan Assistance Towing?

NO, you are covered free of cost for towing your vehicle incase of accidents / breakdowns and / or any other reason where you are not able to drive your vehicle.

Am I covered for parts replacement at workshop?

NO, any parts required during repair / service will be at additional cost and that has to be paid directly to Nissan Authorized dealer (unless it is covered by warranty / insurance provider).

How long does it take for Nissan Assistance to arrive?

At Nissan Assistance, we understand the urgency of support at the unfortunate event of vehicle breaks down. We want to reach to you at minimum time and to ensure that our highly experienced personnel will promptly arrange appropriate service provider to serve you. There are certain circumstance which could impact reach time such traffic congestion, road closures, unfavorable weather condition etc.

Can I cancel Nissan Assistance?

You may choose to cancel your Nissan Assistance at any time, however, there will be no refunds given to you after cancellation. You can cancel your assistance by visiting nearest Nissan Authorized Nissan dealer and ask for cancellation of Nissan Assistance.

Are my trailers/ caravans covered with Nissan Assistance?

NO, Nissan Assistance is provided to Nissan vehicles only. Any other moving objects attached to vehicle e.g. trailers / caravans are not covered under this program.

Can I ask for my Nissan vehicle to be taken to a workshop of my choice?

Nissan Assistance will recover your vehicle from the accident or breakdown location to the nearest Nissan Authorized Service Centre. If you prefer to have your vehicle delivered to an alternative Nissan Authorized service Centre, a charge will be incurred, which is required to be paid before towing. Please note that we will recover your Nissan vehicle to an authorized Nissan Service Centre only.

Can I ask Nissan Assistance to tow my vehicle for service?

Service pick up & Drop off is only available for retail vehicles. If you are eligible for Service Pick up & Drop Off, please contact Nissan Authorized Service center and book your service at least 24 Hrs in advance to avail the service.
