How can I use the Pre-paid Maintenance program(PMP)?

When you purchase the Nissan X-trail, you'll receive a booklet loaded with pre-maintenance program (PMP) coupons. Simply bring your vehicle to any Nissan Approved Service Centre, and when it's time for maintenance, tear the relevant coupon (based on time or mileage) from the booklet. Hand it to our service advisor for hassle-free redemption of your complimentary maintenance. Easy and convenient – because your satisfaction is our priority.

What are the Terms & Conditions of the PMP?

• The PMP coupon is only eligible for redemption against the related VIN (chassis number) based on the respective time or mileage.
• The PMP Coupon is only valid for the due maintenance and cannot be used to pay for any other vehicle services. 
• The coupon will expire on both the applicable mileage and period indicated for the due service.  
• The customer will not be eligible to claim the PMP Coupon (in cash or parts) if they missed visiting the Nissan Approved Service Centre as per the maintenance schedule.
• PMP coupons cannot be redeemed for cash at any stage of ownership.
• The PMP does not cover the cost of Wear and Tear items i.e., brake pads.
